Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" or "jutabet" refers to the website, online services, applications and all content operated by jutabet under international licensing.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using jutabet's services.
• "Account" refers to a user profile duly registered on the jutabet platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds held in a user's account, comprising actual cash and bonus credits that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, promotional offers or incentives given by jutabet to users in accordance with set conditions.
• "Wagering" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the cumulative betting amount that must be reached before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, mix parlay, Sic Bo and other games available on the jutabet platform.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing the jutabet website, registering a new account, logging in to an existing account or using any of the services offered, you expressly and clearly indicate your agreement to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

This acceptance takes full effect at the moment you complete the account registration process or at the moment you begin using jutabet's services, whichever occurs first. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and jutabet.

If you are acting on behalf of an organisation or other entity, you represent that you have full authority to accept these terms on behalf of that entity, and that entity is likewise bound by these terms.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to register one (1) account on the jutabet platform. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of all such accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current and complete. This information includes your full name, date of birth, identity card number (MyKad), active mobile phone number and a valid email address. jutabet reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity that occurs through your account — including bets placed — is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to jutabet. Please contact our support team via live chat or email if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

jutabet reserves the right to request additional documents for identity verification (KYC) purposes at any time, including a copy of your MyKad or passport, bank statements, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Age Limit and Geographic Area

The jutabet platform is intended exclusively for individuals aged 21 and above. Registration and use of the services by any individual under the age of 21 is absolutely prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the jutabet platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their area or country of residence. jutabet operates under international licensing and is not responsible if users access it from areas with different restrictions.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

jutabet supports a range of secure and recognised payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed through encrypted and secure channels.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction across all available payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is also RM50. jutabet does not charge any processing fees on standard deposit transactions.

Withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes after account verification is complete. This timeframe may vary depending on your account verification level and current compliance requirements. jutabet reserves the right to delay any withdrawal that requires further review for security or compliance reasons.

All withdrawals must use the same payment method as the one used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved by the jutabet support team under special circumstances. This is a mandatory anti-money laundering measure.

Funds held in a user's account do not earn any interest or returns. jutabet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the identity verification (KYC) process has been fully completed.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

jutabet offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotional offer comes with specific conditions that must be met before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible for a welcome bonus in the form of a 100% deposit match of up to a maximum of RM300 on the first deposit. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus, bringing your account balance to RM200. Your wagering requirement is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500. Once your cumulative total bets reach RM1,500, the bonus portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

For larger deposits: If you deposit RM800, the maximum bonus you receive is RM300, bringing your account balance to RM1,100. Your wagering requirement is RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.

jutabet reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus system abuse, use of multiple accounts, or any activity that violates the terms of use. Bonus offers are non-transferable and cannot be converted directly to cash before the wagering requirements are met.

The jutabet VIP Programme consists of five (5) tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — from up to 0.2% for the Bronze tier to up to 0.8% for the Diamond tier. Eligibility for an upgrade depends on your activity level and usage record on the platform.

User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

By using the jutabet platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or in any communication with jutabet.
• Registering or using more than one account under the same or different identities.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any technology designed to exploit or manipulate jutabet's games and systems.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities through this platform.
• Sharing your account login details with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Attempting to access jutabet's data or systems without authorisation, including any attempt to breach security systems.
• Disrupting or interfering with the normal operation of the jutabet platform, including DDoS attacks or any action that damages the infrastructure.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances in the account, and legal action where appropriate.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jutabet platform — including but not limited to graphic designs, text, logos, brand names, software, databases, images, videos and audio — is the exclusive property of jutabet or its relevant licensing partners and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, modify or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from jutabet. Use of jutabet's brand name, logos or trademarks for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.

Game names and game developer logos displayed on the jutabet platform are the property of their respective developers. jutabet only provides the platform to access those games and makes no claim of ownership over the game content.

Limitation of Liability

jutabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from gambling activity.

The jutabet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jutabet endeavours to keep the platform running without interruption, we do not guarantee that access to the platform will always be continuous, uninterrupted, timely or free from errors.

jutabet is not responsible for any losses caused by internet network disruptions, user device failures, or external factors beyond jutabet's control. Users are responsible for ensuring that their devices and internet connections are suitable for using the platform.

Account Termination and Suspension

jutabet reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, legal compliance requirements, or at the user's own request.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the jutabet support team via live chat or email. Any real money (non-bonus) funds in the account will be returned after the verification process is complete, subject to the relevant terms and compliance requirements.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, jutabet reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account including real money funds where the breach involves fraud or illegal activity. jutabet's decision in such matters is final.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

jutabet reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this Terms & Conditions document at any time without prior notice. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.

It is the user's responsibility to check this Terms & Conditions page from time to time to ensure they are always aware of the latest applicable conditions. The most recent update date will be displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of the jutabet platform after any amendments are made will be considered full acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you are required to stop using the platform and close your account.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws under the international licensing jurisdiction in which jutabet operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the jutabet platform will be finally resolved through binding arbitration.

Before bringing any dispute to arbitration, users are required to first submit a written complaint to jutabet and allow jutabet a reasonable period to address the complaint. The jutabet support team can be reached via live chat or email at [email protected].

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be reinterpreted to reflect the original intent as closely as possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
